NOTE: The scholarships listed are intended for SENIORS ONLY; HOWEVER, sometimes a scholarship will be listed for students in other classes – they will be noted as such. Remember that all colleges have specific scholarships, so be sure to check with the financial Aid Office at the college of your choice. 1. Prudential Spirit of Community Deadline: October 31, 2008
Award Amount: $1000

Basic Requirements:
Open to 9th ~ 12th grade, must be a volunteer

2. Horatio Alger Association Deadline: October 30, 2008
Scholarship Amount: up to $5000

Basic Requirements:
Senior, financial need, be a US citizen

3. Coca-Cola Scholars Deadline: October 31, 2008
Program Amount: up to $20,000

Basic Requirements:
Senior, leadership, commitment to community, strong GPA, and work part time.

4. HP Scholars Program Deadline: March 15, 2009
Amount: $3000

Basic Requirements:
Senior, Under-represented students (Hispanic, African American & Native American), plan to attend UW, UCLA, Morgan State, North Carolina A&T or San Jose State
