SCENE! A NW Young Playwrights Competition

DEADLINE: Saturday, March 5, 2011
Students 18 years old or younger are invited to submit one original 10 minute play for this competition. A panel of theater professionals will review submissions. Finalists will receive cash prizes and a staged reading of their play put on by local directors and actors at ACT Theatre on April 14, 2011.
• Work with a Playwright! Playwriting Development Workshops, taught by local playwrights, are held at ACT Theatre on Feb 2 and Feb 26. Writers of all levels are welcome! To register, visit our website. If you are unable to attend but would like feedback as you are developing your play, contact tracy@nwyoungplaywrights.com and we will partner you with a playwright.
